How we spend your money

We get money from three sources:

Fees from prisons and other organisations
Donations from trusts and individuals
A grant from the Dept for Children, Schools and Families (the Children and Young Persons Grant Fund).

We spend approximately £300,000 each year. Around 80% of our costs are spent on salaries, with another 10% on fees to Course Leaders (some of whom are self-employed). We try to keep overheads to an absolute minimum: for example, we do not have a central office but instead communicate by email with occasional meetings.
